Dogs need more than just their daily exercise. Walks can also provide opportunities to explore new environments, experience different sights and smells, and spend quality time with their humans.

And sometimes, it's nice for the humans to socialise too.

That's exactly what the Bowlsome Social Dog Walk is about.

We're creating a relaxed community morning where Melbourne dog lovers can get outside, meet like-minded dog parents and enjoy a walk together.

Why We're Hosting the Bowlsome Social Dog Walk

Bowlsome has always been about more than what's inside the bowl.

Dogs have an incredible way of bringing people together. You meet someone at the park because your dogs want to say hello. You learn the names of neighbourhood dogs before you learn their humans' names. A quick morning walk somehow turns into a conversation with another dog parent.

We want to create more of those moments.

The Bowlsome Social Dog Walk is our way of bringing local dog parents together and creating a community where dogs, and their humans, can make new friends.

And, of course, we'll bring the dog food.

What to Bring to the Dog Walk

Before heading to Mont Albert, pack the usual essentials for a comfortable morning out with your dog:

Your dog's lead and harness or collar
Water for your dog

Plenty of enthusiasm for meeting new dog friends
