Skip, pause, change or cancel your Bowlsome subscription online, any time. There's no lock-in.
Enter the email you subscribed with, and we'll send a link that opens your subscription. No password needed.
Then choose Orders → Manage Subscriptions.
Skip your next order
Open your subscription and choose Skip order. Your next order moves to the following delivery date.
Pause your subscription
Open your subscription and choose Pause. Resume whenever you're ready.
Change your Bowls or flavours
Open your subscription, choose Edit next to a product, then update your selections or swap to a different product.
Change how often it arrives
Open your subscription, choose Edit on your delivery plan, then pick a new frequency.
Cancel your subscription
Open your subscription, choose View Details, then Cancel Subscription at the bottom. Any order already charged will still be sent, and you can reactivate any time.
Good to know: we email you 3 days before each order is charged, so there's time to make changes. Changes need to be made before the order date. The full terms are in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
