Do I have to subscribe?
No, you can make a one-time purchase.
What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase?
A subscription will automatically renew at a period of time set during the check-out process.
Subscription orders enjoy a 10% discount.
Do I have to create an account?
No, you can check out as a guest for one-time purchases without setting up an account.
Subscription purchases do require you to set up an account.
How do I update my account?
Log into your account to make update to your contact details, shipping address and make changes to your subscriptions.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancel option.
Please note that once an order enters the confirmation period it cannot be cancelled. See information below regarding the confirmation period and subscription renewal email.
What if I am away on holidays?
You can skip or pause your subscription if you are not going to be home to receive your order. You can update your subscription by logging into your account.

Will I receive a subscription renewal email?
7 days before your next delivery is due, we will send you a reminder email to make any changes to your subscription and/or delivery address prior to your next delivery being confirmed.
You will have 48 hours from receipt of this subscription renewal email before the confirmation period begins.
Is there a confirmation period?
Please note, that 5 days before your next delivery is due, your order will enter a confirmation period and cannot be cancelled. You will receive an email 48 hours prior to this confirmation period to remind you to make any updates required before your next delivery.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No, your delivery will be left in a safe place. If you have ordered from our fresh meatball range (Bowlsome Balls) we recommend making sure someone is home within a few hours of your delivery to ensure the products are stored in the fridge and freezer before becoming spoiled.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders over $100.
Orders under $100 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15, with the excemption of the Bowls Sample Packs which has a flat rate of $10.
Where do you deliver?
We ship Australia-wide! However, our fresh meatball range (Bowlsome Balls) are currently only available for delivery in Victoria.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered on the date chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking notification from our delivery partners to monitor your delivery on that day. Please not that deliveries are made between 6am and 6pm and we are unable to provide a narrower time window for your delivery.
When will I be charged for my subscription renewal?
5 days before your next delivery is due, that order will become confirmed and enter the confirmation period. At that time, payment will be debited using the payment method chosen when you subscribed.

All our premium Bowlsome recipes are made in our purpose-built factory in Sunshine, Victoria. Our facility is SQF and PFIAA certified to ensure the highest quality and safety.
